In 2008, Shenyang Weizhong Revolving Machinery engineered two 5.3-meter-diameter rail turntablesfor Tianjin Metso’s painting workshop, addressing critical challenges in handling large industrial components. Designed to streamline the transport of heavy parts into paint chambers, these turntables supported a 60-ton load capacity, enabling the rotation of rail carts loaded with massive equipment.

The system’s core challenge lay in achieving alignment precision within 0.5 mm to ensure seamless integration between the turntable’s rails and the workshop’s fixed tracks.
